Exchanges:
To exchange an item, simply return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return and receive a full refund to your original payment method, the following conditions must be met:
- The return is initiated within 30 days of the order delivery date.
- The item is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All tags are attached, and the item is in its original packaging.
If an item returned by mail does not meet these requirements, Books to Bed reserves the right to decline the refund and will not return the item.
