We offer a 30-day return policy. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
Exchanges:
To exchange an item, simply return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return and receive a full refund to your original payment method, the following conditions must be met:
- The return is initiated within 30 days of the order delivery date.
- The item is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All tags are attached, and the item is in its original packaging.
If an item returned by mail does not meet these requirements, Books to Bed reserves the right to decline the refund and will not return the item.
If you believe your product is defective, please reach out to our customer service team with detailed information and photos of the defect.

Return Procedure:
- BY MAIL:
a) Print a prepaid UPS Label. Once your return has been approved, you will receive a prepaid UPS return shipping label. A $14.99 (plus tax) fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Log into account here.
- Select the order that has the item you would like to return.
- Select REQUEST A RETURN.
- Select items that you would like to return.
- Select the reason for the return.
- Add any notes if necessary.
- Select REQUEST RETURN button.
- Please allow up to 2-3 business days for us to review and approve your return. Once approved you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to print your return label.
- Ship it back.
- Once received a refund will be sent to you in 3-4 business days.
